Brought into existence in 1983 under the able leadership of Dr. S. S Goyal, Doctrate in Chemistry, Taj Forging has successfully completed more than two decades of continuing excellence in field of close dye Forgings.
We at Taj Forging are a team of dedicated workers headed by the industrious managing director Mr. Navneet Goyal who understands that the "Success" of our company rests upon the four pillars of:
"Quality", "Timely delivery", "Competitive Pricing" and most importantly "Customer Satisfaction" in this competitive industry.
We hold ISO 9001 : 2000 certification with modern state of art equipment to provide our clients all what we promise. Manufacturing Unit We have a good infrastructure equipped with modern plants and machinery to manufacture quality products with required perfection and specifications. A vast area is dedicated for manufacturing and processing of forged products. We also have a well-integrated workshop for designing and engineering all the products:

 | Our Products We are able to manufacture high quality products with the help of our well-managed team and good infrastructure. We manufacture forged parts which are used in the various industries and sectors namely the Auto industry, Tractor Manufacturing Units. We have been supplying successfully to our OEM clients customised requirements with ease, specially all types of gear blanks, shafts, single / double arm, drop arm, crown etc. We also manufacture for Earth-mover Machines like those manufactured by JCB, side cutter and bucket tooth being stars in this category. We have Railways as our esteemed customer to whom we supply tamping tools, coach items, BCM, FRM, TRT machine parts like chains etc. We also take pride in being a competent supplier of Tank and Trailer parts to the Defence wing of our country. |
Customization We possess in-house facilities to design and develop forgings and machined components as per the client's requirements. To help us in that, we have a fully equipped physical and chemical testing lab where we check the accuracy of our forged products.
We are well-facilitated to manufacture any kind of forged product ranging from 100 grams to 40 kgs. in bulk with a maximum diameter of 350mm and maximum length of 700 mm. |
Warehousing and Packaging We have an excellent warehousing unit, where we store our manufactured goods with utmost care. The warehouse has multiple well-labeled chambers with ample space to keep the products properly and safely. |
Transportation We are committed to provide optimum services to our clients, which primarily includes timely delivery of products. For that, we have in house as well as outsourced facilities for transportation of goods. Apart from that,we maintain good rapport with the travel agencies and C&F agents to get maximum facilities for delivery of the goods. |
